  Hello! could you please tell me, can I edit CSS like disign of my site – http://releadgion.com – in Premium plan or Premium plan includes only limited scope of functional?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your website, http://releadgion.com/, is not a WordPress site, so you will not be able to edit that site on this platform.

  If you are looking to move your site to WordPress.com, you can select from any of the themes at https://wordpress.com/themes/.

  If you select the Premium Plan, you can make some CSS customizations (read more here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/) but if you want to design a site that matches your current site completely, you may be better off with a custom designed self-hosted WordPress site (also known as WordPress.org).
