Plans page is blank

I have had a Pro plan for 3 years and it just renewed ($180) in May 2024. I removed this plan and it automatically reverted to a free plan. I am interested in purchasing the Personal plan but when I try to click ‘Plans’ on my profile, the page is blank. I have tried several different browsers. Ultimately I’m hoping to receive a refund for the Pro plan since I paid for a full year and there were still 7 months remaining. Is anyone able to provide guidance? Thanks so much.

After five months you have long since passed the refund window. Perhaps a member of staff could recover your Pro plan as you did pay for it for a full year. I see this thread has been tagged with “modlook” for a member of staff to follow up.

I tried opening a support request through Help Center and was only able to receive the AI bot responses. I do not see any responses from the support team. The “Plans” page is still blank when I try to upgrade my plan. For clarification, I had the Pro plan for 3 years and wished to downgrade to a Personal plan. Instead I was downgraded to a free plan and have been unable to receive support. Thanks in advance for you assistance.
