  When I buy the Premium plan will it charge me the full $129 or only take $10.75 per month right away?

  You misunderstood the “market-speak” Staff insist on putting on the pricing page. In fact, there are no monthly payment plans. We are billed annually and must pay up front at the time of purchase.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
