  Is the hosting price in each plan VAT/TAX included? And if we continue buying your hosting, will the domain name be free of charge for one year?

  WordPress.com doesn’t charge any additional taxes on upgrades. You will only pay the purchase price which is listed here:
  https://wordpress.com/plans/

  When you buy any upgraded plan(Personal/Premium/Business), you will get domain credit free for the first year, which you can use to register a domain name.

  Yes, it’s included.
  if you’re based in Europe and require a VAT invoice for tax purposes, please contact live chat support after you’ve bought your plan and provide your VAT number and business address, so they can generate VAT/Tax invoice and provide you the same.
