  Hi,

  I am currently looking at the pricing of the plans and see that you must pay for a full 12 months upfront. What happens if after a couple of months I decided the WordPress isn’t the correct website provider for my company, can I cancel and receive a refund? Other services like WordPress allow users the pay month to month.

  Hi there,

  We offer a full refund if you cancel within 30 days, but we do not provide pro-rated refunds if you cancel outside of the refund period.

  If you register a domain as part of your plan, the cost of the domain is only refundable for 96 hours. That’s because we in turn have to pay the domain registry that controls that domain, and that is the refund period they give to us.
