  Hi I’ve got conflicting info, from the WordPress.com site itself about what the premium plan comes with, does the premium plan come with the live chat and can I redirect my domain name from a different site? Thanks

  Hi there!

  With the Premium plan you will get live chat support. The Premium Plan also comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain or map one you already own.
