  Hi, I would like to know if the is any theme that works as a platform where users/readers can submit their photo and text as Pinterest for example. I would like to create a space where users can exchange products and services.

  Creating a social service similar to Pinterest, where readers can setup their own account to submit content, goes beyond the themes available on WordPress.com. However, using a self-hosted site with WordPress.org software, you could build a service like that using BuddyPress:
