Play audio as background music?

  I like to play a mp3 file when you are visiting the home page without physically pushing the play button. Ther shouldn’t be a media player visible actually. I like to have the music like back ground music. Users should be able to switch it off but by default it plays it. Any suggestions?

  None. If you search the forums, you’ll find there is no way to do it at wordpress.COM

  Thx. Searching the forum would be great if there was a way to search only in forums? Or do I miss something? Let me know I don’t want to spam the forum;-)

  At the top of the forum page, it suggests that you check the FAQ’s or Search the Forums. Type your search terms in that box and it’ll come back with all the relevant forums posts. You can also use the forum tags (bottom left of the forum page).

  Is there any way i can add an mp3 clip in the background! i dont care if i dont have an option for the viewer to shut it off ? its saved on my pc and i want to upload it sumhow cant get it done

  It’s easy enough to add audio; what can’t be done is autoplay audio.
