Hi there,
I have taken a look but this functionality seems very unique. It’s not something that i’ve seen to be honest. Do you happen to have any sites that you are drawing inspiration from or trying to emulate? It may help to see this in action on another site (does not have to be WordPress) and take a closer look to see how they have implemented it.
Thanks for the additional info!

Hi thanks for reply.
heres my site so you can check out what im trying to do on the first page. https://animagia1.wpcomstaging.com/animagia_003/
Basically im using the video as some kind of starting screen where the building pops to the screen and as soon as the cars go to behind the building the next car cycle is loopable/ where the loop point would be. So what im trying to get is it to play once and then play the loop frames . Or could it be possible to have two videos where the first would be full cycle and would be played once and after that the shorter infinite loop video?

Thanks for clarifying! I have to say that I have not heard of this specific functionality before, and I can’t think of an off-the-shelf solution that would work in this case. It’s likely that something like a video playlist (with two videos in it) would not have the smooth transition that you are envisioning. What you describe sounds like it might require a custom-coded solution of some kind, which is outside the scope of what we are able to provide.
We’re not familiar with Elementor and the solutions it may offer (since it replaces the native editor we are trained on) but I’m wondering if the simplest solution might be to create a longer video where there are extra loops of the cars going around the building? If you are using video authoring software you may be able to compress the MP4 file pretty well (since a lot of frames in the video would be static after the initial animation) and avoid the issue of slow page load times. You could also further optimize by cropping as much of the left and right of the video to conserve on file size. On the web you are not limited to standard video sizes so you can have a tall/narrow video and let the black background of the website fill in the rest.
If you wanted to conserve even more, it might be good to hook up Google Analytics for better stats data. This would allow you to understand the average time on page, and you could make that the runtime of your looped video so that it’s as small as possible, and 90% of visitors will never see it loop back to the first frame.
