Player Profile Pages / DB Loaded Pages

So I have a wordpress website and I’d love to have pages for every NFL player. There are plenty of DB’s that I can buy or acquire with this info. Is there a plugin, idea, solution for navigating this in WP? Can I dynamically load and update pages for every player?
