Pleas help resolve problems in redirecting old blog?

I want to redirect my blogspot blog (ellydotkent.blogspot.com) to my wordpress domain (ellykent.com) but I have been unable to successfully complete the process. I have followed the instructions on blogspot and wordpress has accepted the DNS revision, but blogspots does not re-direct and continues to shows message “We have not been able to verify your authority to this domain. Error 13.”
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
It looks like you added a CNAME on our end, which I don’t think you need to do. It should just be the redirect on Blogger’s end. Can you please describe what you did on their end, and also link me to the instructions you were following?
Because this is on Blogger’s end, you might need to contact their support, but I’m happy to take a look and see if I can figure out what you need to do. :)

Is there a way I can send you a screen image of the instructions? They do instruct to enter the two CNAMES. -

You can upload it to your WordPress.com blog’s Media Library and I can look at it there.

I believe these are directions for to point your ellykent.com to your Blogger blog, and I think what you want to do is the opposite — to redirect your Blogger URL to your blog here at WordPress.com? Is that correct?
I’m not actually sure if that’s possible unless you were already using your own domain at Blogger. I searched around for how to do this with a standard Blogspot URL, and this forum thread might help.
Just in case I’m incorrect and those are the right directions, you had your CNAMEs swapped, so I fixed those. We’ll see if that works.
If you had intended to point your domain to your Blogger blog, let me know. :)

Unfortunately that didn’t work, but I followed some other instructions I found on the web and managed to get it to redirect at last. But now I notice that my wordpress site is only accessible naked (without www.) . How can I change this?

The www problem was because you’d set up that subdomain to redirect to blogger. I removed those DNS records, so that shouldn’t happen anymore.

Hmmmm, I’m still getting a Google error 404 if I try to access http://www.ellykent.com. Could you have another look please? Thanks for your support.
