  your support functions are really annoying. (What is this talk about ‘Happiness Engineers’ with photos of your staff when all I ever come to when clicking Support are these FAQ forms and links to forums. I don’t want to make any more searches my self). I want your help. Maybe it works this time: please remove this account and all of its data.
