  There is already nothing at your blog (you can delete that permanently if you choose to, by going to Tools -> Delete site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/).

  So I guess you are trying to ask for your account to be deleted, but accounts are not deleted on wordpress, since they are protecting you from your ‘identity’ being reused by someone else and tarnishing your identity. You can delete all private information that you have given wordpress.

  Go to Users -> My Profile and Users -> Personal Settings, and delete anything there. You can either put in email address, that you won’t use, or keep it the same and just ensure that no emails are sent to you, by editing the settings of any emails you receive. Putting a really secure password on your account, ensures it won’t be easily ‘broken into’.
