  As you can see here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/cdbaby that plugin has been requested many times over the course of 5 years now. If Staff determine to include it they will contact those who requested it directly.

  CD Baby is a huge and growing huger company – this is a safe plugin that many wordpress.com users will like to have – please add it!
