  We cannot access metadata on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and insert any keyword meta tags. This is because our blogs are all on the same multiuser blogging platform and share a common architecture ie. every blog here wearing the same theme is using the same template, so we bloggers cannot edit templates and insert keywords. You can only access metadata on WordPress.org install as they are free standing installs. Read the differences here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  More to the point is the fact that Google does not use the keywords meta tag in web ranking and has not done so since at least 2009.
  See Matts Cutts of Google state that in the videos in this post Revisiting Keywords and Tags

  Also note he states that these days days search engines pay more attention to your keywords in your content than they do to your keywords in Tags/Categories. Note also that Google’s algorithms can detect whether or not the keyword tags you assign to posts appear in the text of the post.

  Toy hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.org install http://wordpress.org/
  You move your content by creating an export file and then you import it into the install. Tools → Export, and download the XML (WXR) file to your computer.
  If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.

  Note that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate sites with separate username accounts and logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
