Please add two new widgets

Please add two new widgets for a clock in any city and its time and also a widget displaying the weather in any given city requested. These should be the most common necessary widgets and you dont have them. I thought i would be impressed WordPress. I am giving you a chance, please help me by adding those.

I have blogged for over 8 years now here and elsewhere. I have never considered weather widgets or clocks to be necessary. Without getting into the blogging platforms that are less than professional where such “tat” (useless decorative stuff that distracts readers form reading posts) it’s my opinion that the kiddies and cat bloggers can have as many as they wish. Everyone with computer has a clock and I don’t care what the time is or what the weather is where any other bloggers reside. It’s my not humble opinion that such widgets are tacky and create an unprofessional appearance on any blog. However, I’m sure there are others who have different opinions on this. The clock is pretty good. i am looking for something on a 12 hour frame though and then the weather ones only show Atthens, Greece. Can that be changed? I am not a huge fan of the weather but it would work for sure! better than nothing right?

I don’t have an answer for that and it’s not a WordPress.com software use issue so please be patient while waiting for justpi (Panos) whose blog the posts I linked to are found on to chime in here.

I disagree with that. It’s my option that nothing is better than “tat” cluttering up any blog.
P.S. You can reset your date and timezone on your blog to reflect the timezone you actually live in. The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General
Select the closest city to you in the same timezone you live in in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”. -
i do appreciate it! and yes well the reason why i actually do need it is because i am moving away from home for 2 years and will not be able to talk to anyone on any regular daily basis so i want them to have the option to see the time where i am and the weather.

and i understand that, that makes perfect sense. right now i have links out the the weather channels site with where i will be and to googles time clock.

Oh my goodness!!!!!! I was able to go to his site and fix everything the way i wanted it and it is better than any weather add on i have ever seen! Thank you! :) Sorry i second guessed what you sent me! It is beyond perfect :)
