  Just to let you know that users here at WordPress.com can’t install their own plugins, that’s only for people who host their own websites using the WordPress.org software.

  Most people in this section of the forum are making suggestions for plugins or functions they’d like to see included in the future.

  Also, rather than including a link to a personal website in every post you make (which might be considered spamming, especially if you use different links each time) you can set your forum username to link to your preferred site on your accounts page.
