  May I request from the bottom of my heart to please add the Zopim plugin (zopim.com) on WordPress. It really helps especially for blogs that require direct/quick response from blog visitors. It may be of great use for businesses who use WordPress as their mode of advertising and promoting their company. I really wish that this will be addressed soon. Thank you guys, and good day! :))

  Yes, why not adding it as a widget in WordPress dashboard? WordPress.org has Zopim plugin.
