Hi,
Please advice on the sequence of action.
Want to start coaching business on WP. What should I be ready for?
I have content but don’t know how to start.
Here is how I see it:
1. Domain name purchase (9 dollars).
2. WP account purchase (299 dollars).
3. Make a landing page.
4. Connect it to MailChimps (for example).
5. Connect with google analytics.Is this right or there is other ways to start my business?
What I missed in my vision?
What other expenses should I take into account?I have nobody to ask this questions. Very stressed.
Dreamed about opening my consulting business for a long time.Please help.

A blog is a website. The difference between blog and website is simply structure and semantics.
A blog is a post based website designed for interactive communication. As the posts are frequently updated and appear on the front page of the site it’s very attractive to search engines.
What most people call a website is merely a page based site that functions as a one way noticeboard. As the structure is page based and as pages are for static content that rarely changes, and as pages do not have RSS feeds, and as others do not backlink to pages, it is not as attractive to search engines as a post based blog structured site is.

3. Make a landing page.
By default the front page of your blog displays all published posts (not pages) in reverse chronological order, with the most recently published post on top. That is for the convenience of your returning visitors, who come to read your latest post, and who are not likely to be happy with being compelled to click through the same static page with the same blah, blah, blah on it every time they visit the blog looking for the latest post.
However, if you do not want all the posts to show on the front page, then you can create a static front page called for example “Welcome” for your site and a “Blog” page for posts. To do that create two pages first http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
After you do that you go to > Settings > Reading and make the designation change and click “save changes”.

4. Connect it to MailChimps (for example).

You cannot use the MailChimp embed code or the Aweber embed code and cannot create a pop-up on a wordpress.COM hosted blog. You can create a sign up page on MailChimp or on Aweber only and link to it.

5. Connect with google analytics.

Still don’t understand if I want to make WP.com my site host should I purchase Business plan to get it connected with google analytics and MailChimps? Or there is other ways to build the list?
I don’t want to use WP.org.

What do you mean by build a list? A list of what?

On a wordpress.COM hosted site you cannot upload an email list. Your followers can subscribe to receive your posts by email and they alone can control the frequency of receipt. You cannot subscribe for them or control the frequency of receipt of your posts by them.
We have a subscription shortcode which you can make use of. The help page on it is right here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscription-shortcode/ You can also include the subscription shortcode at the end of every post you publish.
Additional information:
You can create a Subscribe page and clearly state on it that you intend to harvest email addresses if that’s what you want to do. http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ You can add and customize a contact form with multiple fields, change the email address where you’ll be notified, and mark feedbacks as spam from your dashboard on that page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/On a wordpress.COM hosted site you cannot issue memberships and blogs and passwords to clients so be clear on that.
