  Hello, please could you also refund the $26 for my domain, it said it was included in the plan I cancelled…I have decided not to write a blog…a full refund would be very appreciated..

  Did you cancel your domain within 48 hours?

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours. See – https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
