  Please do not create threads that do not have specific descriptive titles. Obviously every person posting here needs help and when this thread with the answer goes into the searchbox it will not be helpful to those who are searching for the answer to the same question in the future.

  The blog linked to your username is in the iNove theme. This is the link to the live demo site for themes http://theme.wordpress.com/ I typed iNove into the searchbox there and found the theme description. It does not include a custom header feature. I then checked the support documentation and found the entry that lists all the themes that do have the custom image feature and confirmed that the iNove theme does not appear there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/

  I used the forum searchbox and found that you can add a very small image like a logo to the iNove header. On your dashboard, go to Appearance> iNove Theme Options> Banner. You can use html code to put an image URL from an image you have uplaoded into the media library there.
