Please assist me in restoring my deleted WordPress domain

    Please could you try to help me with restoring my domain after accidentally permanently deleting it yesterday? It has been in use for over 1 year now. I did not realize that our email account was linked to the @wordpressdotcom domain. So ever since the domain was deleted, we have been unable to receive or send out work emails. I need the domain to be restored so that I can get access to our email account and operate. Please could you assist me in this regard? I’ve tried using the generic account restoration forms on the @wordpressdotcom blog but nothing seems to be working.

    Can you let us know what the URL is of the domain you’re inquiring about? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    NOTE: we have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into. If you need help with that domain, you will need to make the request from the WordPress.com account that previously owned the domain in order for us to help.

    Hey! Thank you for getting back to me.
    The domain that in’s enquiring about is:

    http://www.zallyassociates.com

    I am unable to log into that domain because it says that the site is parked whenever I try logging into it or into the cpanel so I created this account to be able to get in touch with someone who may be able to assist.

    Please let me know if there is anything that can be done.

    The site says it is parked and every time I try to fill in the generic WordPress account recovery form, it re-asks me for the same details over and over and sort of causes a loop reaction to which I can’t get further.

    So, we should be able to help you get this sorted out. The quickest way to make that happen is for you to reverse the closure of your original WordPress.com user account via these instructions:

    Once you have done that, can you please log into that account and then post here on this forum thread?

    Hey again guys,

    Someone from WordPress has assisted with cancelling the deletion of my domain.

    So this domain that I am currently posting from is the domain in my previous query that I wanted to gain access to.

    However, before deleting the domain, I played around with some options and might have accidentally cancelled our “Premium” plan that we were on. So now our original url which was http://www.zallyassociates.com is still parked, however I have gained access to the new url which is http://www.zallyassociates.wordpress.com.

    The problem is that I am still unable to access my emails which were pointed to the original domain as that domain is still essentially parked.

    Please advise if there is a way to get my original url back by getting back my premium plan.
