Please assist us to update to the Premium Plan

    Hi,
    We have been using premium plan before we upgraded to business plan for 14 days.
    After I decided to change our plan back to premium last Sunday night(August.20). Our plans automatically become Free Plan but not premium plan.

    I have to ensure our website is operating well by the end to the Aug.25. Therefore I really need to know if there is any way I can fix it or when will it get back to premium plan.

  • Hi Min, it looks like your site didn’t downgrade properly when you removed the Business Plan. We can complete that process now for you. This will remove any third-party themes or plugins you’ve added, and any changes to your site associated with them. It will basically revert your site to what you had before you upgraded, along with any newer posts and pages.

    When that’s finished, we can make sure Premium gets added to the site again.

    Before we proceed, can you confirm it’s okay to go ahead?

    Hi,
    I had unsubscribe business plan on last Sunday, and I expect it would become premium plan as I had purchase it earlier than when I started to use 14 days trail for business plan.

    I have contact the help center for days, but haven’t got any reply or assistance yet. I really need to fix it by the end of the week. Would you please tell me who can I reach out for help?

  • Thank @minhooksoon, that’s in progress now.

    The site will not look the same when it’s done, so we’ve set it to Private for you. You can make it Public again when you’re ready at https://wordpress.com/settings

    I’ve also added the Premium plan back to your account. Also, I noticed you are managing your own DNS settings. You’ll need to update the A records to the following:

    192.0.78.24
    192.0.78.25

    It may take a few hours for those changes to take full effect, but when they’re done, you can make the domain primary again here.
