This is a public support forum available to all with internet access. I tagged this thread so your phone number will be removed. There is no phone support and Support Staff do not deal with account recovery issues. Account Recovery Staff deal with these issues and there is only one means of wordpress.COM account recovery.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same wordpress.COM username account that registered the blog to access the wordpress.COM blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

    http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    * You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.

After the wordpress.COM blog’s owner logs in clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If the wordpress.COM blog’s owner does not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then they need to follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

If the wordpress.COM log-in information is lost they need to visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

If you are not logged in under the correct wordpress.COM username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

If you do not have the required wordpress.COM access you need to contact the person who registered the wordpress.COM account and the site under it and have them transfer the site to your wordpress.COM username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

If you check each and every possible email address and wordpress.COM account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the wordpress.COM Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.

NOTE: WordPress.COM Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    Additional information:
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

In the event that the issues you want to discuss are not related to account recovery please note what follows.

All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/

    See: Getting WordPress.com Support https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/

There is no phone support. Those who have a paid upgrade for a wordpress.COM site can use the “Contact Support” form, http://support.wordpress.com/contact/

The best WordPress.COM contact form to use now for Staff assistance is:
    http://wordpress.com/help/contact

Live chat will be available there only if we have Happiness Engineers available to chat. When they are not available using that link results in posting to this peer support forum. https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/

    re: direct email support
Also note, that you can email WordPress.COM Staff at:

    help@wordpress.com

    Hi there,

What is the site you have questions about, and what are the questions? I see you only created this account 20 hours ago, so right before posting here. That means if you’re contacting us about a site belonging to a different account I’ll be limited in the help I can give.
