I have been struggling to validate my domain in Google search console. I just bought hosting service from you. Pathetic experience. Also creating my own web page looks like a research project. OMG. I want to cancel my hosting services fee that I paid few hours ago. Please let me know how do I proceed? I cant even talk to you guys. Where in this generation your company is in, without providing a proper customer support contact phone number? My real unpleasant experience transacting with you.

Are you referring to the site whistlevenky.com? If so, that site is not hosted by WordPress.com but Domain.com. It is connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack.
To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

That said, you don’t have any WordPress.com subscription and that is why you are not able to reach us via Live Chat. This is also why we are not able to help you with the refund – you have not made any payment to WordPress.com.
If you wish to cancel, you will want to reach out directly to your host.
