Please can you help me put my blog back on Facebook. Thank you.

My blog doesn’t appear on Facebook anymore….it used to staright away. I’ve opened this page in Firefox in case Explorer has a problem. I’ve gone to Sharing and found that the blog has a connected to Facebook button but when I press Set options the box is blank. I’ve been messing around with adding Facebook badges to my blog and I may have clicked the wrong box somewhere along the line.
Please keep any replies very simple….granny at work! Thank you very much.

When I click the “set options” box, it is blank for me as well. I know that my blog posted back to Facebook yesterday, however. When you are writing/editing a post, have you clicked on “refresh connection with Facebook” under the “Publicize” area (on the right side of the posting area, under “Publish”)? If not, I would recommend giving that a try.
Otherwise, I’d suggest that it’s probably nothing that you have done, and it’s just a refresh issue between WordPress and Facebook, and it will resolve on its own.

Dear Z Thank you very much for your reply. I’ve tried what you suggested and clicked edit on my last post . Next to the word Publicise I’ve pressed edit and there is a Facebook box which wasn’t ticked …so I’ve ticked that and I’ve left the Custom message as it is and now pressed Update. I can’t see any words ‘refresh connection with Facebook’ …the Word Press I’m using may be old…like me! Fingers crossed this might work with your help. Thank you again.
