Please can you move my subscribers to my new self-hosted blog?

I’d like to move my subscribers from http://serenitywomble.wordpress.com/ to http://rhube.co.uk/wp/ – I’ve moved everything else over and I have Jetpack installed, but as far as I can see I need WordPress to make the final move to take my subscribers from one to the other. Thanks.

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

Thistimethisspace, above, suggests that you can also transfer my stats. I didn’t think this was possible – is it? If you could do that, too, I would be really super grateful.
