  I was promised a cancellation and a refund yet my husband still sees a 99.00 bill dated 9/19 on our credit card statement. Why??!!

  Hi there,

  I see that we processed the refund back on 9/19, so the funds were released a while ago.

  I would reach out to the credit card company regarding the refund to verify that the refund has not been processed. They sometimes are able to see transactions on their end that doesn’t reflect on the statement.

  If they confirm that there is no refund that they see on their end, let me know.
