  I have not used this account in over five years. Just noticed a bill. Please cancel and refund my account. Tried canceling my self but could not figure out how. Thank you.

  Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site’s upgrades and get them cancelled.
