Hello. I’ve been trying to reach out to cancel this $35 ‘personal bundle’. Please let me know how to cancel this and refund my card

Hi there @cherryandherb, I’ll be happy to help. There are two ways that you will be able to cancel and get a refund. If this was a first time purchase and it has been less than 30 days since the purchase was made, you can cancel by navigating to the Manage Purchases. Once you’re there find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.
