  Hi,

  Instructions for closing your account can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
  Please note: This not only shuts down your username, it deletes all the sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, this data will be entirely purged from our servers and the process cannot be reversed.

  Hi there,

  In order to close your account we’ll need to cancel the Premium theme, Creative Portfolio, which you purchased in 2015. Please confirm if we should do that.

  Thanks for confirming. I’ve removed that theme, and you should now be able to close your account.
