  I do not want to renew my subscriptions or keep the domains. It is a month before they expire – please cancel all renewals and do not take any form of payment.

  It looks like you’ve placed a payment dispute on the renewal. Once you’re able to remove that dispute I can process the refund for you. Then, it will take about ten days for the funds to reach you. International refunds can take longer.

  I have cancelled the dispute at your request. It worries me that in doing so I have had to agree to that the payment is real and authorised when it isn’t. Please process this refund.

  The dispute was not reversed and it looks like the refund will be coming from PayPal. You’ll want to contact them to get a timeline on when you should expect the funds to reach you.
