Please cancel and refund my premium "Port" theme.

  I tried to do so and you sent me a link saying in order to cancel I had to click on it. I did so and then it said “theme not cancelled, contact support”. So I am. Sorry if there was another, simpler way of doing it. I’d be grateful for your help.

  It looks like the theme has already been cancelled and removed from your account. The refund can be seen in your Billing History here:

  Please note, it may take several days for the funds to be available on your account!
