  Hi just had a notice to say today I paid £85 ! Yikes this project site is long gone and no longer needed however each time I click on purchases it says upgrade. I would really like to cancel and have payment refunded please.

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days process and show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  There are no upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to. Which site is the upgrade for? Please don’t post any transaction details here, all I need is a URL :)
