Please cancel and refund the 10 GB Upgrade for midnightformula account

WordPress, I’m not sure why I have to do this on the forum, but the annual renewal occurred on 12/29, but I couldn’t find a “Cancel” button on the My Upgrades page for the 10 GB upgrade prior to the renewal. Please cancel and refund. Thanks. –Rene

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. It looks like the upgrade was purchased in a different account. Please log into the account that purchased the upgrade and cancel it.
