Please cancel auto renew
-
I’ve waded through all the coy moderator responses about cancelling auto renew. Don’t give me any of them. I know you’ve been directed to misdirect people. Just cancel my auto renewal.
Also, when I first bought my domain name years ago, it was in late February. Over the years, you guys have intentionally pushed the date back. I went from something like February 26th to February 15th. Just this year I was told my domain would be gone on the 16th, but because I re-upped today, it now goes from 02/15/17 to 02/15/18. You’ve stolen a day from me this year on top of the week plus you’ve already stolen. Please extend my purchase by the 11 days you have fraudulently taken from me over the years.
But, again. CANCEL MY AUTO RENEW.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I just received a hang-up phone call from a San Francisco number. Google results link it back to WordPress. What’s going on, guys?

Hi there,
I’ve waded through all the coy moderator responses about cancelling auto renew. Don’t give me any of them. I know you’ve been directed to misdirect people. Just cancel my auto renewal.
You can find out how to cancel auto renew in our support page here:
Also, when I first bought my domain name years ago, it was in late February. Over the years, you guys have intentionally pushed the date back. I went from something like February 26th to February 15th. Just this year I was told my domain would be gone on the 16th, but because I re-upped today, it now goes from 02/15/17 to 02/15/18. We have not taken any days from you. Your domain would’ve expired on 2/16 if you did not renew – so by the end of the 15th. You initially purchased on 2/15/11, so even if you were late, the expiration date would always be 2/15 (with the exception being leap year).
This is a record of your upgrade charges:
15-Feb-2011 23:42:24 15-Jan-2012 07:14:28 13-Feb-2013 15:01:29 13-Feb-2014 23:20:53 14-Feb-2015 21:58:47 14-Feb-2016 19:46:56 15-Feb-2017 17:53:43The days aren’t exactly the same because two instances of leap year occurred (2012 and 2016). You can find record of your charges in your billing history page.
But, again. CANCEL MY AUTO RENEW.
Not a problem. I have disabled auto renew for you. Your upgrades will naturally expire on 2/15/18.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or issues. Thank you.

It was most likely an automated call notifying you of today’s auto renewal.
