please cancel autorenew

  After all the complaints from people, why won’t WordPress.com offer an easy way to turn off autorenew. Or at least a different way to pay?

  Can you please cancel my autorenew for this account? I don’t want the domain or service cancelled, just the auto renew. I am paying for this for someone else and I don’t want it coming out of my account. I don’t get any reminder notice about it.

  Auto renew can be canceled in your domain section, but a WordPress admin can also do that for you, hope they read this

  Hi there,

  Autorenew can be disabled from the Purchases page as soon as an upgrade is past the refund period.

  Manage Your Purchases

  I have disabled automatic renewal for your domain, looseleafmagazine.com. However, I see it was just renewed until January 2018. Do you wish to refund that payment as well? In that case the domain will still be active until the expiration date on 19 January 2017 unless you manually renew it, at which point you can capture different payment details.
