  We’ve set GoDaddy to handle DNS and do 301 redirect for PETIA.org to http://mobilityworldwide.org/affiliates/iowa-workshops/iowa-leighton/. Please cancel domain mapping for PETIA.org

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.

  Thanks, but I was logged in to the right account. The support rep who helped me later (when I was logged in from a different — “wrong” — account!!) said that the page I was on should have let me contact support directly and not rely on public forum. She handled things for me. I assume they will fix what was broken with that page.
