Please cancel my accounts and refund my money

  My account(s) needs to be cancelled and a refund(s) applied. Since transferring the domain name (adoptionwrites.com) to GoDaddy and mapping a new subdomain for the blog (blog.adoptionwrites.com), I have been unable to open my blog, it cannot be accessed by anyone and my requests for help have gone unanswered for a week or more.

  Okay, adoptionwrites.com is being pointed to your GoDaddy name servers to be used with a self-hosted site. Is this what you’d like to do?

  If so, I see that you also create a subdomain record for that domain as well. Could you please remove the A record via your domain registrar to prevent blog.adoptionwrites.com from pointing to your WordPress.com blog?

  I’ve refunded and canceled your recent Domain Mapping upgrade, as well.
