Please cancel my contract – I cannot work out how to do it

    I would be most grateful if you would cancel our rights to the website covered by this transaction. I have been trying in vain to work out how to do this but have reached ultimate frustration point. Thus I have resorted to written English to enlist your help to achieve this.
    For a number of reasons I am unable to continue to use or develop this product and therefore have to relinquish the domain.
    Having read some of the on-line comments I am very worried that you will make it impossible to cancel but continue to take money despite having had this communication. I cannot work out how to do it and feel at a loss. Please help me.

    If you wish to cancel your WordPress.com plan and get a refund (if you’re entitled to one) you can do so by following these instructions:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

    If you’re unable to cancel the purchase yourself you can ask the Support staff to do it. Just add the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic to notify them.
