Please cancel my domain and refund my account

    Hi, I am following the cancel and refund procedure outlined by the refunds support page. When I click on ‘Cancel and Refund’ link it takes me to a screen where is says I can cancel and I am within the window to get a refund. I click on the ‘Cancel and Refund’ button on this page and it says ‘This upgrade cannot be cancelled’ Can I please get help cancelling the domain and a refund?
