I subscribed the annual plan a year ago, but I didn’t really use WordPress the whole time, and I completely forgot the fact that I had subscribed.
I canceled the subscription as soon as I found out that the payment was made. I would be very grateful if you could cancel the payment.

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
I found out that WP has a refund policy:
https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/
it says: “Most subscriptions can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal.” So I believe I can get the refund since I canceled right away.
And also it says: “Note that it may take somewhere between 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement. Depending on your location and bank, it can take up to 30 days.”
So I’ve been waiting for the money to come back but I think I need some confirmation from WP that I am going to get that refund.
I have no idea why the purchase history got erased, but as I said before, I subscribed a year earlier, paid WP 252 dollars, and got billed again this time.

On JUN 30 2022, I paid 18 USD to WP(REDACTED)

The purchase history would not be erased, instead the purchases mentioned are with another account.
I’ve reached out to the account owner of the purchases to further help with a resolve.

Thanks to you I finally found my old account that I had forgotten for a year. (I had to find my old MacBook to trace down what I was missing..)
I canceled the subscription and it now says -300 on the billing history. I’ll wait for the refund. If another day passed then I would’ve lost that money. Thank you so much!

As you note, I’m seeing a refund as having been processed today. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
