  Hi, my credit card is on an old website and I need to cancel the billing authorization. An old colleague had the passwords that I don’t have access to anymore, so I have no been able to cancel the payments and continue to be charged. Thank you!

  The account your are reaching out from is admin on the site but it is not the owner of the transactions. It needs to be requested from the correct account.

  I reached out via email to the owner of the purchases with the next steps. In case you / the owner don’t have access to that email please let me know.
