Please cancel my premium subscription

  Oh, no! I thought that I could upload a custom theme to my WordPress.com account. But after I purchased a premium subscription I learned I was wrong. Can you please cancel my subscription? I won’t be able to use it. Thank you in advance. It was all operator error :(

  Hi there. You can request a refund for most upgrades (except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers) by going to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard.

  The Custom Design upgrade allows you to customize the design of an existing theme on WordPress.com. You can actually do a lot of changes with CSS, so if there’s a theme that is similar to the look you want, you might be able to do that.

  Supplementing andrewcpht’s instructions above, do note that you must be logged in as Admin under the username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades for it to be able to cancel.
