Please cancel my subscription

  Hi,

  I would like to cancel my subscription to WordPress from this point forward. If you can please assist me with this it would be great – i can’t seem to find where to do this on the home page or in Manage my purchases.

  Hi there,

  i can’t seem to find where to do this on the home page or in Manage my purchases.

  There are no purchases on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to (vickialey). Did you use a different account? Your site vickialey.wordpress.com is using the Free plan so you don’t have to pay any ongoing subscription.

  Do you want to delete your site?

  Once I know more, I’ll be able to give you some advice.

  Thanks for replying. Yes I would like to delete the site – I do pay a fee but am not sure if it is for something else. All I know is that it is for WordPress & this is the only site I have as far as I know.

  Hummm, well there are no purchases connected to vickialey.wordpress.com. If you would like to me help you work out what you are paying for, let me know the purchase name in your reply and I’ll see if I can work it out.

  You can delete your site using these instructions:

  Delete a Website

  Just so you are aware, deleting your site will be permanent and you will not be able to reuse the WordPress.com again. If you are happy with this, you can go ahead and work through the steps in the guide above.

  Come back to me if you have any problems.

  Hi Vicki,

  I just noticed your last reply came from a different user account, ‘escapingmyheadspace’. Your last reply was from ‘vickialey’.

  Your account for ‘escapingmyheadspace’ does have purchases.

  Your account for ‘vickialey’ has no purchases.

  Please can you confirm which site you would like to delete — I want to make sure you only delete the one you no longer want. If you would rather I did it for you, I’d be happy to.
