Please cancel and refund my account. I tried doing it via online chat, but nobody is able to confirm that the cancellation / refund has been processed. Please confirm. This has been a frustrating experience.

Hi @korycutler, sorry it’s been a rough experience for you. On my end it looks like the charge was reversed. In a case like that, the charge would be removed from your statement rather than listed as a refund. Can you confirm what you see currently?
We can have our payments team take a look if needed, but I’d like to know what your statement shows currently. Thanks in advance.
