Please !Cancel site!

Hello, I’ve purchased a new domain http://www.zenuwpijn.net (300 + 76 euro paid from my visa card).
First of all, I can’t see my site in my profile.
Second, I would like to cancel this domain and site.
How can this be done? As you pointed out cancelations can be made within 30 days.
Have been working hours and hours to understand the problem, but I failed. Now I do not want to have this site anymore!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You don’t see that site in your profile because that site is connected to another account. You must log out from info4vaginalebrandpijn and login again to the account connected to http://www.zenuwpijn.net/.

I’m a friend of Jan who asked this question and helped him with this problem.
The problem is that he doesn’t know which account he has used.
ALTHOUGH – and that’s the weird part – he received a confirmation on his gmail account (which is connected with the info4vag… account) that his net zenuwpijn.net domain has been registrered.
The system doesn’t recognize any other emailaddress he could have used.
So we are totally stuck and have been working in loops.
If an admin can send him a PM with the emailaddress the zenuwpijn.net is been registered on, would be a great help. -

I cannot divulge the exact email info. However, it’s a gmail email, so tell Jan to check her social tab or spam folder for the email and/or search for
WordPress.comin the search field. Our emails commonly end up in Gmail’s social tab or the spam folder.Thanks!

I’ve digged all the gmail addresses Jan has, but none of them has an email from WordPress….
If I send you a DM with a list of these email can you tell if it is one of them?
Or give me the first 4 letters? -

The form to recover the account didn’t work as it didn’t accept the verification code. I don’t know why that is.
I have just send an email to help@wordpress.com with attachments of the payment and a forward of the original verification email.
Have you received that?I sure hope this can be solved soon.
