  Please cancel the premium theme (standard) subscription immediately and do not invoice my credit card today. The site does not belong to me, it belongs to a company I used to work for and that does want to maintain the site. Thank you.

  It looks like the payment was voided. Can I assume that everything is sorted out?

  “My Upgrades” in the store still shows this:
  Premium Theme: Standard
  Status: Active
  This upgrade will never expire.

  In addition: I tried to delete the website and all its content three times yesterday but never got the confirmation email.

  Hope you can solve the 2 issues.

  Premium themes are actually just one-time charges. They do not need to be paid for every year.

  The $99 auto-renewal that you voided was for the WordPress.com Premium upgrade.

  WordPress.com Premium includes:

  -A Free Domain

  -Space Upgrade
  -Ad-Free
