Please cancel the upgrade of the domain name mapmunchers.com for mapmunchers.wordpress.com – it no longer exists and shouldnt be set up on a rolling subscription. Many thanks.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hi Joy,
It looks like you are writing in from a different username from the one which owns this domain upgrade. Unfortunately I can only cancel and refund upgrades at the request of the upgrade’s owner.
If you can have the person who owns the upgrade log in to their account and leave a comment in this thread that they’d like the domain mapping cancelled and refunded, I can take care of that for them and you.
Otherwise, I have already disabled autorenewal on the domain so you won’t be charged any longer.

Could you give me a little clue as to who owns the domain upgrade so that I can contact them and get them to do this? I have a feeling it might be rjhussey / richardjameshussey / rjhu553y ? If so it’s my ex, I will send the email, begrudgingly :D It is frustrating as paypal has charged me not him :)

I completely understand problems like that! You should actually be able to tell yourself. If you log in to your dashboard and then go to Store >> My Upgrades, you should see the list of upgrades attached to your blog. On the left hand side it will say “Purchased by [username]”. Hopefully you’ll recognize the username!
