Please Can't Access My Blog or Email

Hello, I’m sure I’m all paid up and I haven’t received any notices. I signed in here just fine and not only did my blog disappear but I can’t access my Google Apps email.
Can you help?

I cannot get into one of my blogs and get this message when I try – Havent signed up for CloudFlare to my knowledge?
DNS Resolution Error
